Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you confirm that you agreed with all these terms:

-Be sure to put all the image references and the type of commission in the first DM or email.

-The art will only be started after at least half of the payment.

-I reserve the right to alter the order list of commissions.

-I retain all rights to my work, which means that I'm allowed to, and not limited to: Use the artwork for self-promotion and upload it to any of my social medias, personal galleries or portfolio.

-The commissions are for personal use only (use as avatar, banner, profile, etc. as long as you credit me as the artist) and can't be used for commercial purposes.

-Each extra character costs 50%, but they must interact in some way with the other one (in other words, both characters must not be able to separate into "two arts") or be the same character in a different pose (only clothes/color variation in the same pose count as edits).

-Off-screen characters that show less than half-body costs +25% (can't also have a face, if the face is shown price will be applied as extra character).

-Edits/Alternative versions are negotiable by a certain price (+25% or more depending on complexity for each one).

-Changes will be allowed throughout the process, with the exception of details previously approved:
1-rough sketch (pose approval and composition)
2-sketch (appearance approval: anatomy, clothing and expressions)
3-lineart (final approval of character details and look)
4-base color (colors approval)
5-render or cel-shading (final art approval)

-If there's a desire to change something previously approved, there will be an extra fee to be negotiated.

-Every step will have 1 day (24 hours) to be checked, after this time I'll continue the art and some changes of this step won't be able to be done.

-No Refunds: Withdrawal of a commission that is already in progress will not be refunded, withdrawal of commission not yet started can be switched for another idea of commission with same value or less (not refunded)

-Very detailed characters or background will have an extra charge of 25% or more (depending on complexity).

-DOs:
-OCs (requires image ref)
-Furry/Monster/Alien
-Mecha
-Animals/Children (SFW)
-Straight and LGBT+ content

-DON'Ts:
-Characters without image reference or detailed text description. (I reserve the right to make exceptions to this rule.)

-NSFW artworks will only be done if you can show me your ID as proof you're 18+.

-You are prohibited to use any work of mine as NFT
